[ New York, July 19th, 2012, © (rke), english below ] – Brrrr…

101 degrees F. ? Normal for us
Brrrr ... Finally a cool breeze. « With 80,6 F., we breathe this time », sighs one of the many porters of our hotel Wellington where we are standing : two-room apartment on the 7th floor ... euh sky! It should be noted that New Yorkers have suffered Wednesday, 18 July with 101 degrees F., not seen for a long time.
« 80,6 degrees ? It’s not so hot for us », says Rosalie Collot. Obviously, wecame from Miami with 81 degrees F. And moreover, we have sudded the new-yorker hot (but not fun) temperature, then the storm, as seen in this image of New York Post newspaper. We went right into strom it with the plane (well, almost) and I had to reassure my two Miss (Laura and Rosalie) that everything was normal. Normal? This is not a European president who said it ? But I don’t remember who is he, because we quickly forget the French here in Manhattan.
